This site is dedicated to the scores of bail bonds that in good faith bail out clients and then end up paying a forfeiture, get burned by the co-signer /defendant who jumped the bond, or never finished paying us. After having worked in a family owned bail bonds, I have been burned,  paid forfeitures, returned our lovely clients back in to custody, had to go collect on collateral and  we found that there is no way to network with other bail bonds. Also, there is not an index system that exist to find collateral used for more than one defendant, to alert the next agent that this is high risk bail, a no-pay bail, or maybe this person is on someone else’s bail already and you’re going to take on a big risk if you deal with this person, which depending on the amount of the bail can put you out of business or wipe out your buf.

Imagine this, what if there’s a drug bust and three people get arrested with a $100,000.00 bail each and 1 co-signer with a property, that is about to go into foreclosure soon unbeknownst to us, and has a good job and credit, goes to Bail Bond #1, puts up the property and the $10,000 for Defendant #1, it would be a good bail, right? OK, now that same person goes to Bail Bond #2 and does the same as thing, and then goes to Bail Bond #3 and does the same thing? If all the Defendant’s jump, then all those businesses are hurt and may close down PLUS no one prosecutes the co-signer…. or at least I’ve never seen a co-signer prosecuted for pulling something like this PLUS even if they are prosecuted… so what? The damage is done…….

Which is the reason why we created this site. We’ve found that NO ONE helps the bail bond industry, the clients are against us, the police don’t consider us to be in an authoritarian position, the Courts don’t help us as much as they should or could and the Department of Insurance almost always accuses us of taking advantage of the client (who skipped or didn’t pay us, etc.) and makes doing business just plain hard. A site to post our BAIL JUMPERS and detect bail fraud, list the indemnitors or to help each other catch skips, warn each other if that person is dangerous, etc… and our bounty hunters can look on-line for their work, thus keeping our overhead and liability down. We also put together a division that collects on the new files as well as old files that we never finished getting paid on. Plus if you list a person for not paying or skipped and that person gets Googled, Binged, Yahoo’d, etc… WHOS ON THE RUN will pop up and maybe then you can get paid. We need to help support each other as a community to make ourselves stronger. Our bounty hunters can post themselves for hire and also look for work which will in turn help us out. In short, we’re PROTECTING OUR LIABILITY and making money instead of losing it… MEMBERSHIP IS FREE…. SO POST THOSE FILES and let’s get our money back and find who’s burning us……………
